It all begins with a small piece of software that monitors your systems. This agent reports diagnostic information to our moniotring center every 60 seconds. It communicates using a 256 bit encrypted Secure Socket Layer Channel which means the information is more secure than your Bank's Website. The collected information is then processed for typical problems for which we have known solutions for. If an error occurs, the agent alerts us and we respond immediately to the problem, usually without even interupting the end user. Additiionally the agent allows us to execute solution scripts to solve problems on your systems even while you are working on the system. If need be we can take remote control of your system and fix the problem while you are on the phone, no matter where you are in the world.
