About

Care deeply. At every layer.

I've spent nearly 20 years designing and building digital products, from agencies to venture-backed startups and an in-house venture studio.

I work across strategy, design, and engineering. I enjoy working closely with founders, teams, and the people we're building for to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape a clear direction. From there, I take ownership of bringing those ideas to life, from the earliest concepts to the smallest implementation details.

Thinking strategically

The business side of building products interests me just as much as the creative and technical sides. I want to understand the market, the people we're building for, and what it takes to make an idea successful. I'm naturally optimistic about possibilities, but I'm also practical. Not every idea is worth pursuing, and sometimes changing direction is the smartest thing you can do.

Designing thoughtfully

I love the process of turning complex problems into experiences that feel simple and intuitive. From user flows and interactions to typography, color, spacing, and visual systems, every decision contributes to how a product looks, feels, and works. I care about how all those pieces fit together, not just individually, but as a cohesive experience. It's about making smart decisions early, keeping things simple where possible, and leaving room for things to evolve. I'm a firm believer that thoughtful planning up front saves a lot of headaches down the road.

Engineering meticulously

Engineering is where I’m most particular about craft, especially the principles and foundations that make everything else possible. Design systems, component architecture, APIs, and consistent data contracts are all part of building software that's reliable, maintainable, and enjoyable to work with. With AI becoming part of everyday development, these foundations matter more than ever, giving both engineers and AI the structure, context, and guardrails to build faster without sacrificing quality.

Today

I do my best work with small, ambitious teams, whether that’s a founder with an idea or a small product or innovation team inside a larger company. I step in across product strategy, design, and engineering, and take ownership from the earliest concept to the smallest implementation detail. The products I’ve built have helped startups raise millions in funding.

If you’ve got something worth building and a team that needs another pair of hands, I’d love to hear about it.
